blasted people turn off the cable since last week ….no notification nothing like that when i call a few times after then someone explain they converting to digital and they stopped the analog in my street …..and no one can come out until the 14th feb to do the conversion …….i complain all how and all they keep saying is dont worry they wont charge for the days we didnt have cable ……but i still think thats pathetic customer service …….anyone have direct tv ? is it good ?
same shitty service, but at least you learn Spanish or better do.
