Why can not I sync my surround HDMI properly?
I just got Direct TV connected to my TV and my surround sound is not properly synchronized with the TV. When I had Comcast, I can change my cable TV and a surround sound and power itself. The same when I turned everything off. Now with digital television, surround my only turns off all but I'm using the surround sound to turn away when I turn away. I connected the TV digital surround sound plugged in HDMI 1 HDMI 2. I audio cables red and white audio output TV output to my surround sound AUX1. My TV is a Samsung HL56A650. My sound envelope is HTS3565D Philips. I can not get digital TV remote to recognize the sound with an envelope of codes provided by Philips. Is there a better way link things?
You must connect the red and black wires directly to a decoder for surround sound system (no TV).
