What do I get my satellite of the United States to work on Irish TV?

I have a flat screen plasma connected Ireland all ready to go, except you can not get cable for satellite work. It is compatible with PAL and NTSC, and convert that power all together. I need to know how much we need cable special cable, and where to get it. Product number would be particularly useful. Thanks!
