We have an extra room. What is the reasonable amount of $ for shipping costs?

In a duplex, 3 levels including basement. The bus route in a college town. You can not have a car because the two are sufficient. Includes a bed, a satellite receiver (need Internet access to own program television), broadband (need own computer and connect to our network), utilities, washer / dryer, kitchen access.
