¿I can sign with a satellite TV provider and the United States use their computers outside the country?
I see many dishes at home Direct TV in Canada printed on them. Do you get Direct TV by using a post office in the states and pay for monthly service? Does the satellite provider to accept this type of operation?
Technically you can, but its against their terms of service, most are illegal Canada.

Cable modem and TV
I want to be able to have cable TV and cable Internet in one piece, but the room has a line cable. I have wireless, but I prefer a direct connection. Is there a way to connect my cable TV and direct Internet connections with a single line Cable? Maybe there is a modem that can allow this?
All you need is a splitter. Cable TV uses the set of different frequencies of the Internet and a divider decent that can handle the two ranges is what you need.

About DTV switch?
I live in Canada and has a satellite dish Bell Express Vu. Will I be able to watch digital TV? I know that Canada is not changed until 2011, but this is the right of Canadian stations? Do at least U.S. networks brodcasted to digital on 12 June?
Note that the June 12, 2009 Deadline for the DTV transition does not apply to low-power television (LPTV). The FCC will determine a deadline for these stations transition to digital at a later date
