How I can sue for damages of DIRECTV?
I ordered the Spanish television live TV and put that a satellite, but got the bug. I called and told me to go out and solve this problem. Then a man came and put a huge Additional international satellite television in my house that I have not seen, so I started to say it will be for my Fillipino tv! We are not asking a Fillipino thing! Direct TV has placed an order for this reason that we never ask. It was raining and the man literally scared and left after only a phone call and not fix anything. I called many times and can not force them to do something a little extra on this satellite and large screw (because it is so great) in the new roof of my new home. I never ordered and never has been activated. Are legally responsible for this problem? I never met a shipwreck before a large company.
Directv actually installed do not. It was a local company that has a contract with DirecTV to install. You are more likely to deal directly with the local subcontractor. They complain about DirecTV is likely to only lead to the termination of a contract with the subcontractor.
