Wireless Xbox Live dilemma – help please?
Well, the truth is that the intention of buying an Xbox 360 Premium next week and the intended use of Xbox Live. The problem is I have wireless internet – a router on the first floor and two on the TV downstairs and second. wireless adapters cost £ 60 in my local store ($ 120 – I live in the UK if that makes a difference), but my friend said they were £ 30, somewhere … I've also heard you get better performance with a direct cable connection, but it could be 12-15m or so of cables. Would it be cheaper, it's worth? Does delay with the wireless adapter? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks:)
Vs. wireless lag Wired is a myth. If you have strong wireless connection, which runs at about 11.0 Mbps cabling, as the son, much more than that. However, the Internet connection is not likely to more than 2.0 mbps. The only difference is that the actual performance of a wired connection does not suffer from problems of distance or interference, so of course is reliable. If your Xbox is just a piece or two away The wireless adapter correctly, you should be fine. (However, the cable networks will be cheaper than the radio all the time.)
