Need a "TV tuner" to watch live TV?
I'm trying to watch TV through Windows Media Center. I have Comcast Digital cable and high speed Internet. However, I have a TV tuner card "(which seems very necessary to research done). Seeing as the modem requires a direct cable i figure that the team has access to the channels as well. Is this possible? or am I stupid to think that is?
Yes, you need a card tuner. The cable modem is only the internet, you can not decode the TV signals. Want to share the cable to connect the cable modem and a tuner card.
