How long does it take to get a digital phone line added to a house? If this is possible.?

I live in a rural area Georgetown, Ontario. The only kind of Internet that can reach Bell's high-speed mobile WiMax. Operates at 3.2 Mbps download and about 0.50 Mbit / s upstream. DSL is not available due to a digital telephone line unless or something. It said it installed to run, but I really need DSL now so I can get speeds of 12 Mbps or more to play online / home network. I'm looking mainly at Bell's DSL high-speed Internet. I 12Mbps download speed for only $ 40/mth. If anyone can publish and see if you can pay someone to install a digital phone line or install please send me back with prices. By the way, I can not get the cable where I live well, only satellite tv.I read online that if I sign a contract classroom with an Internet service for business for a long time, which could having to install it for me for free.

"IR hardware not detected"?

Hi, well, my computer is a Dell 200 with Windows Vista Ultimate Vostto … I a problem with Media Center, not allow me to configure the card. I have the card connected via connections, including card 650. When installing I get to where I get a message that says "IR Hardware not detected "and the installation will continue. I see an image in the configuration window. However, the installer will not let you go beyond this point. I tried different installation configurations, but none let me use the composite connection to ATI, not the "IR hardware." Many people and me have said they need the IR Blaster, and my question is: how do I know which one to buy? I have Direct TV, which is the satellite and using a decoder … Please help me and thank you!

I have this problem too. I have read some threads on this forum, there are plenty of people who have the same problem. Although both have the same card, which is the same with other cards too. I tried all possible combinations of settings for TV and nothing works. It seems that when Windows Media Center is a decoder that wants to take total control of it and want to use your remote control instead of just distance decoder as I expected. I've seen some solutions and tried them, but no work, the only solution that I have to buy Microsoft's own remote control that controls the box above the center of media. This I am very upset with Micro $ oft, but hey, why let you use your own remote control when you can force to buy them? Well, I spent hours playing with it enough, I reconnected my old TV.
