I have plans to buy a DVB-S … What is the best?

My intention is to experiment with the s-channel DVB TV reception, recording and decoding on my PC. I am currently in India and my plate is more than 3 to satellite Insat 83E and 78.5E Thaicom 2 satellites. I heard there are programs that can be used in decoding of Viaccess / Conax / Irdeto encrypted channels with a conditional access module from the supplier. I would try it once for testing purposes (and I can buy a month subscription to the legality of what I do.) Therefore, there is a special provision for the software or work on DVB-s? I searched and found two products: – 1. Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-S-Plus PCI card with built-in DVB-S 2. AVerTV DVB-S Hybrid + FM if the former seems to be popular and has an expansion card reader, the second is good value for money and is a analogTV / satellite / FM radio combo card Pls advise me the best card you should buy, especially for the decryption test
