Vista Media Center and satellite reception?
I'm in the market for media center create a view and let me know if you use the SAT-top satellite box (Direct TV, all legal subscription) and fed to my PC to download the program guide, I will be able to change channels with my remote and media center make the recording (DVR)?
The only way to check a box Saturday from a PC via an infrared transmitter (see an example in http://www.irblaster.info/) In addition, most PC capture cards can save SD, so may not be able to save the programs in high definition.
