How can you connect a PS3 and a Direct TV satellite receiver to a Samsung HD digital cinema system?

I bought samsung sound system Surround (model: HT-Z320) to connect to my Playstation 3 and my satellite receiver. I can not understand that to save my life. I connected the white wire directly from my receiver red satellite to my surround sound, but all the sound coming from my front speakers only. It does not really seem to be many connections for connecting external devices surround sound. Is there any way to solve this problem. If Please help.

Connect the optical cable between the PS3 and the DirecTV receiver system for Samsung surround sound system if Samsung has optical inputs. Red and white wires only gives you a stereo (2 channels).

Does it seem strange especially when the show is surviving direct broadcast satellite What does that mean?

If direct satellite How can you know what happens for the next episode?

Unless a show is said to live, is filmed, edited and illustrated, the season may finally be living, or if a list of episodes that way. But when you watch a show, and we see scenes from different rooms or places it was edited, then show the right time. Survivor has never said that to live, I think maybe Final certain programs are live, I can not remember why. Even if your "reality shows", this means that people are not repeated repeast scripts and do, but still drawing many to make the show interesting.
