Ideas for solving problems of live TV signals?

None of my receivers are working. Both say that the search for the signal satellite. A guard is set to zero and said it could take up to 30 minutes. I left more than that. Just wanted to see if anyone has ideas that could help me. So my bill is paid if this is not the problem.
