I have my TV sound but no picture?
A week ago I received dish connected to my TV. All was well connected and working until 2 days ago. Now I have the audio input channels via the TV but no picture on the screen. The screen is black. If I put the television in their own I get a channel of snow, so do not think anything's wrong with TV. When I return to the two video inputs, the screen goes black and I get new sounds from new channels. I tried another set of cables (not know their names, but are red, white and yellow cables from the satellite box to the TV) and still I have the same situation. Suggestions?
Try restarting the decoder.
