I want to upgrade my Direct TV receiver?
I just purchased an HDTV and wanted to upgrade the receiver to the DVR / HD, but they want $ 299 for equipment rental. Has anyone had the opportunity to negotiate that fee down?
Somaesthesia not exactly being honest with you. Probably because he works for the company. This is what I did and it worked. I called Dish Network to see if I could offer a better deal and they did. So I called Direct TV and they said the course was offered much, much better for less money and had to change positions. I was asked to reconsider and corresponded to the face that had a dishwasher. It can be done, just be ready to make some calls and be ready to go on air so this is really the best deal.
