Exactly what you pay when you buy HD services?
I pay for HD TV service directly for more than two years. Today a technician who came to upgrade my HD receiver said he had to upgrade my dish, too, because he was not able to transmit the HD signal to your TV. When I called DirecTV, they told me I was getting HD channels but not HD image quality. ?? I thought that was what I was paying $ 9.99 a month. Do they have the responsibility reimburse me the months I paid for the service, I have not, but I have received from the channels? I have the channels are part of my package anyway some are in HD, when I began to pay for this service. When I added the HD service to my plan, I never said I need a map update. Thanks for any advice.
It is poor customer service. They should tell you everything you need to get the picture in high definition. However, I do not take place for nothing. You have been getting the service you paid (They have not simply say that would not really get the most out of them, which is lame!) So you do not owe anything, but you have the right to be upset. I want to send a letter to the company explaining that you want to lose hundreds of dollars to pay for something you really do not get. They may try to do something for you. Good luck! And I feel that Direct TV scam you.
